Privacy Policy

We collect protected health information (PHI) such as medical charts and lab results that you upload for processing, account information including your name, email, and practice details, and usage analytics such as feature engagement and session duration to improve our service.

Your data is used to provide AI-powered billing code extraction and clinical decision support, process payments and manage your subscription, improve our machine-learning models (only with de-identified data), and communicate important service updates.

We never sell your data. PHI is only shared with HIPAA-compliant subprocessors essential to delivering our service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing). All subprocessors are bound by Business Associate Agreements and undergo regular security assessments.

Uploaded medical charts are retained only as long as necessary to deliver results and are purged within 30 days of processing. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can opt out of non-essential cookies at any time through our cookie consent banner or your browser settings.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, request a portable copy of your information, opt out of non-essential data processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at privacy@synapchart.com to exercise any of these rights.

SynapChart is designed for use by licensed healthcare professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of SynapChart after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
