Terms of Service

By accessing or using SynapChart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including healthcare providers, administrators, and billing staff.

SynapChart provides AI-powered medical billing code extraction, clinical decision support, and lab interpretation tools designed for licensed healthcare professionals. The platform analyzes uploaded medical documents and returns structured billing and clinical insights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Sharing login credentials across multiple users is prohibited unless on an authorized team plan.

SynapChart is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals, certified medical coders, and authorized clinical staff in legitimate healthcare settings. Use of the platform for any purpose outside of clinical care or medical billing is prohibited.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with service operation, uploading malicious content, or using the platform to process data for non-healthcare purposes is strictly forbidden.

SynapChart and its underlying technology, including AI models, algorithms, and interface designs, are the intellectual property of TitanWave. You retain full ownership of any data you upload. We claim no ownership over your patient records, charts, or clinical documents.

SynapChart is a clinical support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. AI-generated suggestions should always be reviewed by a qualified healthcare provider. We are not liable for clinical decisions made based on platform output. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of SynapChart shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
